The original towel poncho was first inspired by a surf trip to Tofino. I wanted a towel poncho to hangout in at the beach and change in out and out of my wetsuit under. I wanted to make something that prevented textile waste and helped the environment. Towels are something that will rarely get picked up at a thrift store so I try to prevent as many of them from going to the landfill as I can! The mini towel poncho was a great way for me to use all my towel pieces and cuts. They are also great as gifts for the little cuties in your life!
